From concept to bulk fabric in 6 structured stages
Share your fabric reference, technical spec sheet, or a physical sample. Define end-use, target price, and quantity.
Day 1We evaluate mill capability, yarn availability, and process requirements. Submit a detailed costing with alternatives.
Day 3–7Mill shows initial sample folder for approval.
Day 7–14Full-width bulk sample (typically 10–20 metres) produced on production loom/machine. Test results provided.
Day 15–20Client approves bulk sample. Order quantity, delivery date, and payment terms confirmed.
Day 20Bulk production begins. Pre-shipment inspection. Fabric dispatched with full test reports and documentation.
Day 45–75Share your brief and we will get back with feasibility and costing within 48 hours
