Step-by-step timeline from brief to finished product
Share your design — sketch, reference photo, or sample garment. Include target price, fabric preference, and quantity.
Day 1We prepare a technical specification sheet and submit cost estimate for your approval.
Day 3–5First sample made in reference fabric. You review fit, construction, and design. Request revisions as needed.
Day 10–15Final sample in actual production fabric with your labels and trims attached. This is the approved standard for bulk.
Day 20–25Bulk order proceeds after PP sample approval and 50% advance. Regular production updates shared.
Day 25–45100% measurement check. AQL inspection. Packed as per your requirement and dispatched.
